The Curaçao license is valid not only in India, but also in dozens of other countries. Under it you can work in any state in which gambling on the Internet is not prohibited by law. But there are a few excluded territories. These are Curaçao, the Netherlands, France, as well as the Dutch West Indies. It is not possible to operate in these countries under a Curaçao license.

If you find that a company violates this rule, you can report this fact to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. On the basis of your complaint, an inspection will be conducted. If the violation is confirmed, the company will be penalized. It may also lose its license.

Before sending a letter to the Curaçao Gaming Commission, please check if the potential violator operates under more than one license. A company may have more than one gambling license.
